These Terms of Service govern the use of babysitting and childcare services provided by Nanny St. Barth, operated by Stefani Marinkovic, based in Saint Barthélemy, French Caribbean. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Nanny St. Barth offers professional babysitting and childcare services for children of all ages, including day care (8 AM – 7 PM), evening care (7 PM – 12 AM), and overnight care (12 AM – 8 AM). Services are provided in the client's accommodation or at agreed-upon locations within Saint Barthélemy.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this website). We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak holiday seasons. A minimum of 3 hours per session is required for all bookings.
Rates are listed on our Pricing page and are quoted in Euros (EUR) per hour. Additional surcharges apply for weekends (25%), festive season from December 20 to January 5 (30%), and bank holidays (100%). A vehicle surcharge of 20 EUR/day applies when transportation is required for the child's activities. Payment is due at the end of each session unless otherwise agreed. Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 5% processing fee. For full-time requests, a minimum of 10 hours will be charged.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the minimum booking amount (3 hours). No-shows will be charged the full agreed-upon amount.
Parents or guardians must provide accurate information about their children, including any allergies, medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs. Emergency contact details must be provided before each session. Parents are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for the babysitter and children at the designated care location.
Nanny St. Barth exercises the utmost care and professionalism in providing childcare services. However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur despite reasonable precautions being taken. Parents acknowledge that childcare inherently involves certain risks and agree to hold Nanny St. Barth harmless for incidents beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
